At Redhill’s Middle School, our “why” is deeply rooted in the belief that education should go beyond academic excellence. We strive to create a nurturing community where students in Grades 6 to 9 can discover their true selves, cultivate a passion for lifelong learning, and develop the skills and competencies needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
Our students have a dedicated and powerful team of Middle School specialists to help them grow and thrive in these pivotal years.
At Redhill’s Middle School, we understand the importance of embracing failure as a steppingstone towards growth and success. Our students not only have access to a dedicated and powerful team of Middle School specialists but also the opportunity to fail forwards. We believe that through experiencing setbacks, students develop resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
Our Middle Years Programme (MYP) curriculum is designed to challenge and inspire students, allowing them to increase their knowledge and experience to become creative thinkers, innovative problem-solvers, independent learners, and engaged leaders.
The research is unanimous in laying out the very distinct and unique challenges that Middle School children face in these critical developmental years.
It is Redhill Middle School’s aim to grow the leaders of tomorrow. With this in mind, we aim to nurture leadership potential in every student.
Redhill’s focus on the social and emotional wellbeing of students underpins all that we do. This is especially key in the pivotal Middle School years when our students require support on a number of levels.
The Redhill Middle School has adopted the MYP (Middle Years Programme) to structure and inform the curriculum. As an IB World School, Redhill has already adopted the IBDP Programme in the Senior School.
